Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years, as applicable. If any fee is not paid in a timely manner, or Dipsea Inc. is unable to process your transaction using the credit card information provided, Dipsea Inc. reserves the right to revoke access to your Dipsea account.
If your credit card reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the Dipsea app constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that credit card and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
You may cancel your Dipsea account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation; if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle you have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. In the event that Dipsea Inc. suspends or terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
Dipsea Inc. may offer a risk-free trial subscription from time-to-time. Trials require a valid credit card to be started. A temporary authorization may be placed on the credit card to assess its validity. This authorization will be removed after 24-48 hours, but may vary by bank.
Trials may be cancelled at any time before they expire. When a trial expires, the credit card added will be charged for the plan selected at the onset of the trial. Once a charge is made, there is no refund available and the account is treated a subscription.
Dipsea Inc. may offer discounted subscriptions from time to time. Unless otherwise noted, the promotional price is available for the first year, after which regular pricing will apply.
Dipsea Inc. offers subscription plans in USD. The currency of a subscription cannot be changed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund subscriptions via iOS or Google Play subscriptions. All such subscriptions must be cancelled or changed directly through the applicable platform.
