Who can I refer? You can share your unique Referrals link with anyone who does not have an existing Dipsea account.
How does the Referrals program work? If your Referrals create a new Dipsea account from your unique Referrals link, they will be eligible to redeem their one-time 30-day free trial.
Once your first Referral subscribes from your unique Referrals link and unlocks their one-time 30-day trial, you will be eligible to redeem your one-time 30-day free trial as well.
Both 30-day free trials only apply to our annual subscription of $69.99 USD, but you will not be charged the annual subscription fee of $69.99 USD until the end of your 30-day trial. You can cancel anytime before the end of the free trial to avoid being charged.
When do I get my one-time 30-day free trial? Your reward unlocks when your first Referral subscribes via your unique Referrals link by entering their credit card information and redeems their one-time 30-day free trial. They will not be charged until the trial expires and they can cancel anytime within the first 30 days.
How do I know if one of my Referrals subscribes and where can I see my reward? You will receive an email to the email address connected to your Dipsea account when your first Referral subscribes and the email will include a link to redeem your one-time 30-day free trial.
You will also see the option to redeem your one-time 30-day free trial from within your Dipsea account on the iOS, Android or web app (app.dipseastories.com).
How many Referrals can I share? There is no limit to the number of new users that you can refer, but you can claim your 30-day free trial only once.
Where can I find my unique Referrals link? You can always access your unique Referrals link from Your Stories > Settings on the Dipsea iOS and Android apps or from your Account page on the Dipsea web app (app.dipseastories.com).
